Would you like to try using a set of handchimes in your music program, but do not have the funds to purchase one? Area 2 has five 3-octave sets of handchimes available to lend for either the 2018 summer session or for the 2018-2019 school year. We are accepting applications to our Handchime Lending Program beginning on March 1, 2018. Note: you must be a member of HMA or be willing to become a member of HMA if the loan is approved to be eligible. Any public or private elementary or secondary school, church, or community group with HMA Area 2 (including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ontario) may apply. Preference will be given to organizations with existing music programs. Also preference will be given to a new school district before another school within a district that is already receiving a loaned handchime set.
