DESCRIPTION:Destination Ring 2024 Paper Registration Form \nClick here for Electronic Registration \n  \nThe 2024 Destination Ring is upon us. The festivities will be held August 3-5\, 2024 at\nthe Camelback Resort in the Poconos\, Pennsylvania. David M. Harris of the Raleigh\nRingers will be our clinician this year! \nThe event is for Level 3-5 ringers. Music should be purchased and prepared ahead of\ntime in order to get the most from our time with Dave. \nThis is a family event and ringers are encouraged to come early or stay after the\nevent with their families to enjoy the resort. All ringers’ meals are included and family\nmembers can also be included for a nominal price. While you’re enjoying yourself\nringing with Dave\, your families can be enjoying all the resort amenities including an\nindoor waterpark (free with room registration) and many other activities. Check out\nhttps://www.camelbackresort.com to see all that the resort has to offer! \nRegistration cost will be $295 per ringer.\nHotel is the responsibility of the ringer. \nReservation instructions from the hotel: \nGroup members booking and paying on own for their rooms may do so via calling our reservations team.  To do so\, please instruct guests to contact the hotel directly by or before the Cutoff date of Thursday\, July 4\, 2024 at: 1-855-515-1283 and tell reservation agent they are booking a room under HMA Area 2 Destination Ring\, along with their Booking ID #12617. SUMMARY:Read & Ring 2024 (Rochester\, NY)
DESCRIPTION:An Area 2 Read & Ring is a 3-hour workshop/sight-reading event designed for individual ringers\, a partial choir\, or a full choir.  Ringers will sight read Level 1-3 music selected and supplied by Jeffers Handbell Supply. \nHosted by ringers and directors in multiple locations throughout Area 2 during the months of March\, April\, and May\, the Read & Ring will allow ringers to ring new music\, standard repertoire\, and forgotten treasures.  Invite your ringing friends to go with you\, or go solo. \nAt the completion of the event\, music will be available for purchase (checks only please).  Hope you’ll register for a Read & Ring in your neighborhood!  Registration is available on paper or online. \nQuestions?  Contact Gail Posey\, Area 2 Workshops/Mentoring at workshops.area2@handbellmusicians.org or gsposey@verizon.net or 215.280.5737. \nClick here for paper registration option.

The repertoire was chosen to allow choirs to use these pieces during the church year out of respect for music budgets and rehearsal time. Pieces should be prepared in advance to get the most from our time with Kathy. Registration is open to choirs as well as individuals. If you are coming as an individual ringer\, we will try to assign you to an open spot in a choir. In that case\, we will assign your position to you based on open positions. \nChoirs and ringers should plan to bring their own bells\, tables\, pads\, mallets\, and other needed equipment. \nCost per ringer is $35. Lunch will be provided. (Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions. The planned menu is pizza and sodas.) \nSpace is limited to 30-35 ringers\, so register early to be sure you’re able to get a spot!
