Handbell Musicians of America Area 2 brings its biennial Festival Conference to the Marriott Syracuse Downtown, June 25-27, 2027, with clinicians Sandra Eithun, Bob Avant, and Kathy Ebling Shaw, and a featured concert by Rezound! Registration opens January, 2027.
